My bot doesn’t follow the steps in the story, it gets the intent and then it decides to fallback and then it listen.
what is wrong with the bot.
it must follow the story right?

This usually occurs if the story and the tracker events are not aligned. Can you post your stories.yml file and the output you get when talking to the bot via rasa shell --debug?
I am also having the same issues where my bot goes up until utter_continue_income (I’ve done interactive up until this point) but I added more forms and updated my stories file but the bot doesn’t recognize any of the update stories stories.yml (57.8 KB)
