Can RASA NLU tensorflow embedding can be used for hindi scripts and how can a entity extraction is possible for hindi scripts eg.,

मेरी पॉलिसी संख्या A0000012 है

where A0000000012 is an entity

Can tensorflow embedding work in such conditions

And can u provide GitHub link of Spacy where we can add new language by training word vectors

Yes you can use the tensorflow_embedding pipeline as normal! and entity extraction to, it doesn’t have any dependencies on spacy
