Hi guys,
when user puts only “/” nothing else, the intent name is classified as “/” and considering as a class. It is not valid for other punctuation marks but only for “/”. What could be the reason?
Thanks

Hello serdar,
I’m guessing that happened because Rasa receive commands with format ‘/intent’ as an intent itself. For example instead of saying ‘Hello’, if you enter /greet the bot will understand that the user’s intent is greeting and respond accordingly.
Hello Bui,
Thank you very much for clarification.
