Intent cannot be recognized in Rasa X

I have successfully connected Rasa X to my Git repository. But when talking to the bot, any intents cannot be recognized and the bot is not responding at all. All the intents are in NLU training data.

I have tried to train a model in rasa x and upload a model through UI, but none of those models worked. Please help!

@potashh did you updated the NLU and Responses both?

@potashh can you try delete the caches and cookies for the same?

@potashh what is the version of rasa x you are using?
