Intent and not intent not working in slots in forms rasa

in forms defined in domain, for slot mapping we have an option from entity, and also a facility to add intent and not intent options

i have used that but while classifying rasa is picking correct intent but mapping to wrong entity once i am in a form even though i have specified intent and not intent

could someone help on this, am i missing something here?

Could you post an example of the slot mappings you’re referring to? I’m not sure I’m understanding it the right way round.
