Incomplete installation

I had tried to install Rasa from a youtube video put up by Rasa on : Installing Rasa Open Source: Windows 10 (64 bit), however I am unable to complete the installation and faces the following errors- Failed to build ujson ERROR: Could not build wheels for ujson which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly

I had done the activation part and had also installed ujson.

Hi, welcome to the forum! It sounds like some people are running into a similar problem when they haven’t installed the Visual C++ redistributable successfully. Did you accidentally download a version( x86/x64) that doesn’t match your system, maybe?
