Ignoring message as there is no agent to handle it

I am using RASA 1.0.1 and python 3.5.4 and I have all action written in domain.yml, and still getting the issue ‘Ignoring message as there is no agent to handle it.’

And at the same time, I am getting action not registered in actions server

i am getting this on rasa-x even without any errors in actions

Hi Did u got solution for this?

This sometimes happens after a rasa update. The error usually goes away after retraining model with rasa train.
