I am not able to use the Rasa Command

Hi,

I am trying to install rasa and initiate a project. I have followed the instructions but my terminal doesn’t know the rasa command.

I have also built it from source, same issue.

I am using Fedora Workstation 36 as my operating system.

Do you have any Ideas what could be wrong with my python setup. Thank you for your help

I set up a vitual machine with Ubuntu and tried it there, but I get the same error

I got it working by installing python3.7
