Is there any way I can use an http custom action as an action form to perform slot fills on rasa core? the purpose is not to depend on python, and to allow a dynamic registration of actions forms. If so can you give me a way?

Even I am facing the same issue like how to implement FormActions with custom code(Non-Python) for filling the slots.
