How to update the medicare locator project and dependencies to latest Rasa versions

Hi! I was wondering if there was an updated version of the medicare locator project. I would like to use it as a basis for another project with Rasa 2.x.

I don’t think so unfortunately. You could clone it and migrate it to 2.x, though. We have a blog post walking you through the process & lots of automated tooling to make it a bit easier.
