Today a question arised, where I have never thought about before. I was asked how a Rasa bot can be protected from being spamed, to prevent to much traffic being generated by “script kiddies”.
I have no idea so I give the question to you.
Very good question! I’d put your Rasa Open Source behind a proxy server which handles the authentication or implement a custom input channel which does the authentication of the user itself.
