How to make rasa works?

Hello, I’m new to rasa and I ahve absolutely no idea how to make it work. Please don’t misunderstand me, I’ve been to rasa official website and read tutorials / docs.

My question is what am I supposed to do, in order to be able to start a “rasa” command, for example “rasa init”.

In addition: Is rasa-x responsible / the only way to use rasa CLI ? Why does rasa-x packages depencies are so painful to set up ?

I recommend you work through the getting-started-tutorial and the Masterclass. That will get you going for sure!
