I have installed Rasa X, and when I run rasa x command line, it always show this error. I have founded every single solution but it did not work for me 
. My chatbot is using Vietnamese language, did it affect the running of rasa X ?
Please help me what should I do !!!

PYTHONIOENCODING=‘utf8’ rasa x
type all of this in the command line yah ?
