How to capture user Machine IP address and OS user name

I am developing IT helpdesk support bot.In this I want to capture user machine IP address and OS user name of user computer from which bot is invoked.

How can i achieve this?I do not want bot ask every time this information to user and it should be auto captured.

Kindly guide.
