How to add a custom endpoint to rasa

Hi everyone. For some reason, we need to add /health endpoint to Rasa when running 'rasa run --enable-api. Do you have any idea how to add it?

Yes, but I need a custom one.

because I need a custom response, a JSON based response generated from somewhere else.
