How do I run Rasa NLU from command line as an HTTP server in Rasa 1.0?

I’m trying to run a Rasa NLU on an HTTP server to be accessed by the Rasa Core server via HTTP, putting the URL of the NLU server in the endpoints.yml. How do I run a Rasa NLU server alone from the command line? I looked around the docs but couldn’t find anything
