I work as R&D lead at Vocinity, a voicebot startup in the United States. Vocinity is focused on using Rasa’s AI and NLU technology and integrating with proprietary VOIP technology and public cloud services to create voicebots that can enhance IVR’s and replace customer service agents. We are currently in live trials with our first customer and hope to contribute to Rasa to make it more adapted to the voicebot applications that have some significant differences with text chatbots.
