thanks i see it except it says it needs two days for approval lol and please you didnt rewrite my first issue for me tho can you please write it for me …am just a begner so it is hard for me to understand what you mention highlitly

  • entity_val = next(tracker.get_latest_entity_values(‘duration’, None))
  •     data1 = entity_val['additional_info']

  •     data2 = entity_val['normalized']

in above data1 is your addtional_info and data2 is your normalized data. @faiza_conte

@faiza_conte print(entity_val) and print(type(entity_val)) and send image of what value store in entity_ val.
