How Can I Use existing HUMAN Chat Logs to Create Training Data (with Rasa X)

I have some excent starting data: a few thousand existing chat sessions between customers and agents. Our first project is to provide suggested replies for the agent.

Is there a way to migrate these logs into RASA X so I can annotate them directly?

I looked quite a bit but could not find any step by step guide to what I though would be a very common starting point for new Rasa projects.

Can anyone suggest how most efficiently leverage my existing chat logs to get off to a good start with my new RASA assistant?
