Is there any way to handle random messages? What I mean by random is something like this: User: Hey can u check the weather Bot: In which city? User: Hello
My bot just jumps into the greet story again, but i want it to ask the user “in which city” again
You will have to design your training stories to reflect this behaviour. You can handle this behaviour as how FAQs and chitchat is handled. For more on that refer to section on Retrieval Actions in Integrate response retrieval models in assistants built with Rasa
