Hi, for checking profanity, do I need to define all the profane words in an intent and design a specific answer . Still I cannot cover all the words right? Is there a way to handle it in Rasa?

I suspect you would be able to cover a good proportion of profanities using a single intent. However if you need something more extensive you may need to consider creating a custom pipeline component which uses some kind of existing profanity filter/detector.
