How short (one word) answers need to be handled using RASA?

e.g In below conversation, how do identify intent of “Yes” for different actions in the same conversation.

Bot: Do you want to renew the policy?

User: Yes

Bot: Do you want to keep policy details same during renewal?

User: Yes

Here, you need to have something like an affirm intent for yes. Every time it detects affirm the bot can execute an action as in your story.
