I use custom connector to connect google assistent to rasa, but i face to bug like Messages list in CollectingOutputChannel always empty · Issue #3695 · RasaHQ/rasa · GitHub

sorry, I cannot show you the steps directly, but look how other channels are integrated and by analogy use their API in your custom code
