Your Kubernetes cluster has to be available via the Internet so that you can access it from a GH workflow. Additionally, you have to add a step in your workflow that will give you access to your cluster.
It looks like you use k3s on your local machine/server that’s is available only via localhost. It means that you won’t be able to reach your Kubernetes cluster from the GH workflow.
