Hey! We are currently using Genesys as our livechat and would potentially want to migrate over to Rasa. The question I have is that, does anyone know if someone has built as Rasa + Genesys -system using Genesys Bot Connector? Rasa looks great and would love to have it all there under one system, but we may need to use Genesys partially.
