Force the chatbot to give an answer

Hello,

I would like to force the chatbot to answer something even if it is wrong. And not stay in action listen if he doesn’t understand.

Thanks for reaching out - are you able to please share your bot repo so I could check your config, domain, stories etc. before I make a recommendation? Alternatively, maybe you could share snippets from these yml files in your reply?

Also could you please provide some context around the conversation example you encountered?
