Expose rasa server to custom socket channel with docker-compose

I manually setting up the rasa x using docker-compose and everything is working with Rasa X UI. now I want to connect rasa-server with the mobile using a custom socket channel. so How I can do that. I’m trying to connect using myip:5005 but nothing works. please find my files as following:
