Hi, I was curious if there is a way to pickup on incoming messages from users that are video / image / file attachments. I noticed text and audio are the only ones picked up by the facebook channel, and I understand these formats cannot be easily incorporated into the NLU, NLP but I was wondering if we could still somehow record these through the tracker system and capture them as events, perhaps with a flag that tells rasa-core not to process these messages?
Hi @shotamakino! This is not currently possible possible out of the box. You should be able to customize the Rasa framework to be able to do this though. We have recorded this idea
