Hi guys, I’m using GitHub - botfront/rasa-webchat: A feature-rich chat widget for Rasa and Botfront It is giving an error when sending the buttons to the user. Any suggestion? [image] [image] [image] [image]

[image] oh!!! you are my hero :joy:

[image] nik202: Intresting! Let me also think this and try understand your usecase in better way. Means you have two bots :upside_down_face: ? 1000 and 3000? You are ok with company website shown in the chatbot? Means you have two bots :upside_down_face: ? 1000 and 3000? No, I only have 1 bot and several sites pointing to the same place, the same way you accessed it on ecfacil.com.br/bot There is only the socketUrl where the bot is. I still have to learn how to do this with docker and put it in the digital ocean :joy: Are you ok with company website shown in the chatbot? r: Sorry, I do not understand

@RodrigoLima means you just want to show websites with links in chatbot when users select or type 1000 or 2000 or 3000 etc. Right? [image] RodrigoLima: Are you ok with the company website shown in the chatbot? r: Sorry, I do not understand Means website links.

yes, llook at this, it´s the same problem [image] Rasa ERROR asyncio - Task exception was never retrieved Rasa Open Source Here is the case when using shell, bot works and button is showed 2021-09-09 07:58:57 DEBUG rasa.core.processor - Predicted next action 'action_session_start' with confidence 1.00. 2021-09-09 07:58:57 DEBUG rasa.core.processor - Policy prediction ended with events '[]'. 2021-09-09 07:58:57 DEBUG rasa.core.processor - Action 'action_session_start' ended with events '[<rasa.shared.core.events.SessionStarted object at 0x7fc6f43f9a50>, ActionExecuted(action: action_listen, policy: None…

@RodrigoLima This error you get when you return the website? How many websites do you have in total in your database?

@nik202 No, this error happens when I try to send the site buttons to the user. It’s the same error as in this topic. the process of fetching the bot information from the database is ok. Only the error that appears in the widget rasa_webchat I tried this: dispatcher.utter_message(buttons=[ {“payload”:"/buy", “title”: “jatka”}, ]) but the error continues

[image] RodrigoLima: I tried this: dispatcher.utter_message(buttons=[ {“payload”:“/buy”, “title”: “jatka”}, ]) you can not send like this as a payload For example: button_response=[ { "title": "great", "payload": "great" }, { "title": "super sad", "payload": "super sad" } ] dispatcher.utter_message(text="Hey! How are you?", buttons=button_response) Have you tried this?

@RodrigoLima Sorted?? I don’t want to reach 100 :stuck_out_tongue: Solution is above post :upside_down_face:

[image] nik202: Sorted?? I’ll try with my database buttons now but it worked. we haven’t even reached 100 tks!

@RodrigoLima No worries, I know you will sort that too. Good Luck.

Hello @RodrigoLima could you please tell me the location of your socketio.py file? Is this file automatically created when you install rasa in your environment or is this file a custom socket channel file that you created? Thanks in advance
