Error installing Rasax

Hi,

I am new to rasa. I have just tried to install rasa-x using :

pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple

But it returns an error:

I have successfully installed rasa with

pip install rasa

I am on windows 7.

try installing using pip3

Didn’t work with pip3.

did u install pip3 for python3

which python version are you on?

Could you check which pip version you have installed? And also the output of pip show setuptools

Could you post the exact error you’re getting along with the installation command? And your python version

For anyone getting this error on Mac, I found the problem was with the greenlet library not installing. So then I found this error referenced on a different library that uses greenlet. The answer was the last solution: Unable to install on Mac OS X due to errors with greenlet · Issue #404 · locustio/locust · GitHub

I ended up running this to fix it:

xcode-select --install
