I am getting the error as mentioned in the screenshot attached while installing rasa. [rasa_erro] Am i missing something here?

Upgrade pip to last version and reinstall rasa

sorry i mistook it… my pip version is 19.1.1 which is the latest version which i am already having… my python version is 3.6.8
