Hello I am trying to upload a model into rasa x and I am getting this error. How can I go about it?

I am trying to upload the model into rasax from my desktop.
I am using rasax: 0.42.0
This is how I installed
curl -sSL -o install.sh https://storage.googleapis.com/rasa-x-releases/0.42.0/install.sh
