The intent recognition confidence is available as nlu_threshold . based on this value we can set fall back policies / strategy .
on similar lines is there “entity recognition” confidence which can be configured to have fall back responses
Not to my knowledge.
The reason, in part, has to do that certain detection mechanisms (say regex) do not output a probability-like confidence score to allow for that.
