extracting the entity from user input and fetching the entity in custom action. When user given entity custom action is working fine and bot is giving correct response. but when user providing input without entity then it is not going inside custom action and giving inconsistent response.
In below snapshot, aws is entity (platform) when user is giving aws entity then it is going inside custom action and giving response but when user is not giving entity it is not going inside custom action.
