Ended action session

is there any way to trigger an action when the session ends in a conversation? I know the action that is called at the beginning of the conversation, but I couldn’t find anything regarding a function called at the end of a session, does anyone have any idea how I can do this action?

for example, an action that asks for user feedback after a time of inactivity by the user, this feedback action could also call the restarted action to indicate that there is the end of the session, does it make sense to you? :slight_smile:

@ChrisRahme wow thank you! how I didn’t see it. I just had a doubt, it doesn’t have a auto-timer, right? like I can’t spend 30 minutes for him, I’ll have to calculate the time (e. g. now() + 30m) and give him the exact timestamp, right?

That’s right!

You have to be careful with reminders because a restart of Rasa loses all reminders. It’s not really a production ready feature.
