Hello everyone,

I have a new issue and maybe some of you have already has this problem :

My bot takes care of customers and provide personalized assistance to them. I want to check his state every day but the discussion has to be different in terms of his previous answer AND the progress of his accompaniment.

I’m not sure to be very clear, tell me if you want more details, Thanks a looooot !!

If I’ve understood correctly, I think what you want is probably to have your daily check setting a slot. Alternatively you might be interested in external events, see this discussion External events and reminders should trigger intents instead of actions · Issue #4464 · RasaHQ/rasa · GitHub
