Hi, I was wondering if there was a general solution for applying a delayed conversation restart. In other words, I’d like to trigger an action in which a conversation session is restarted after a time delay of around an hour or two. I want the trigger to also pause the current conversation, so that if the user speaks to the bot, it does not answer back until the new session has started.
