Date extraction in two different slots

I’m using duckiling for date extraction. it works fine. But the problem occurs at using two date slots in rasa forms. when i giving date value for first date slot as onward date. The extracted value for first date slot automatically filled to second date slot.

How can i solve this… I want to give the different date values one by one.
