Hi, is it possible to customize logging in rasa, e.g. change the Formatter, Handlers and such, when using the built-in server like rasa run ?

Background: we’re sending our logs to Datadog, which requires an extra processing step to parse text logs from Docker containers. This works much better with a Key=Value format, which we use in other Python services. But using the built-in rasa CLI commands doesn’t offer a possibility to customize the formatter, as far as I know from searching throught the code.
