I wrote it also in github, but I have trouble loading the model from the url provided in this github issue PolyAI Models - model.tar.gz - No Longer Available? · Issue #6806 · RasaHQ/rasa · GitHub, I tried changing the configuration file, and the url in convert_tokenizer.py but still. Then I tried to load it as tensorflow hub module but also get an error. Any help?

Results in
tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.NotFoundError: Op type not registered 'WordpieceTokenizeWithOffsets' in binary running on iti-722. Make sure the Op and Kernel are registered in the binary running in this process. Note that if you are loading a saved graph which used ops from tf.contrib, accessing (e.g.) tf.contrib.resampler should be done before importing the graph, as contrib ops are lazily registered when the module is first accessed.
