ConveRT has been taken down

As per the post here, GitHub - PolyAI-LDN/polyai-models PolyAi team has taken down ConveRT models from the public domain.

So will the ConveRTTokenizer and ConveRTFeaturizer be removed from rasa as well, as it is no longer working ? So what is the recommended tokenizer and featurizer pipeline that we must use for intent classification ?

Hi Team, I am trying to work with rasa and following udemy course for Rasa beginners. The first command rasa init is failing with below error urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found the url it’s trying to hit is https://github.com/PolyAI-LDN/polyai-models/releases/download/v1.0/model.tar.gz. Noticed that this url is also down. Any solution/alternative for this.
