I am completely new to Rasa & Rasa X. Followed the install guides and got Rasa Open Source ver 2.8.23 running just fine and Rasa X ver 1.0.1 running on different AWS instances. What I cannot get right is connecting the two. Instructions on this page Connect Rasa Open Source to Rasa X are not very useful/lack a lot of detail on where to get those credentials required. Help very much appreciated.

Still need help with this. I have installed Rasa X and Rasa Open Source on a cluster on Azure. Used the Helm Chart Installation scripts.
