Concatenate text to the user's question, or predict intention according to entity value

Hello as they are, I have been trying to solve something for a long time and I have not succeeded.

I would be needing to be able to concatenate text to the user’s question, this is necessary because before the same question there may be different answers depending on the procedure. ideally, the text “Exencion Imp. Inmobiliario Jubilados y Pensionados” should not be seen I leave you an image so that you can observe the desired behavior

Probably what I ask cannot be done. So how can I make the prediction of the intention take into account the value of a slot or the value of an entity so that I can predict correctly.
