@Juste I followed the webinar today and I thought I heard that people that were already talking to a bot would not be impacted if ‘their’ bot suddenly got replaced with another bot in PRD.
Then I wonder how that would work as you’re throwing away the current tracker history. So the new bot has to get to know the person he’s talking to again no?
The conversations and the info would be persisted in the tracker store (SQL by default) so the history would still be kept. However, if you are making major changes in the training dataset, actions, etc the behaviour of your assistant would change a lot with a new model.
