Can't train rasa model

i can’t train my rasa model.it is showing it is trained but giving the output as default chatbot. Even if i simply changes the responses text…then also it gives default output answer

I have that issue when forget to save all of my changes (when writing code in VS). Maybe, that is the case with your problem, as well.
