i am using the below format to send response utter_human_handoff: - text: “To connect to a live agent: live chat” when i send this response on front it is displayed as plain text like this: To connect to a live agent: live chat but i want it clickable so when user clicks on it takes user to the link
This isn’t a Rasa issue, it depends on the widget you are using and it’s ability to display content. There’s a summary of widgets here.

I found the working widget i am pasting the link below if anyone else need it. The ones in the post you tagged i tried them but they were not accepting the dynamic link for some reason
