Can we create numbers as intents?

hello ,

i am doing a project on covid -19 cases , actually if you say hi bot responds as below .

Hi there, Iam Tan your personal assistant i can help you with the latest corona updates.

1: Corona Symptoms

2: Corona Precautions

3: Corona helpline

so here i need help if i click 1 it should display utter_message instead of typing the whole intent .

here is my intent

intent:corona_symptoms

  • 1
  • symptoms
  • corona symptoms

if i type 1 im not getting the required message i need .help me out with this thanks !
