Can I use Rasa on a PC with CPU that has no support for the AVX instruction set

I am currently using a machine with Windows 10 operating system and and outdated Intel N3060 processor. As I understand, Tensorflow versions higher than 1.5 only work on computers that have a CPU that uses AVX instruction set. The current version of Rasa requires Tensorflow 2.1 or 2.2 to run? Is there any way I can still use Rasa?

No, you need a processor that supports Tensorflow.
