Can i add intents and stories using python script?

i need to add intents,stories,responses using any interface, is that possible or can i use rasa x for doing that in production level.

You can do it in Rasa X effortlessly, but do keep in mind that Rasa X is not free if you are planning to use the bot for commercial purpose!. It would be interesting to see if there is a python way of doing the task.
