I would like to know if Rasa agent can handle multiple users at the same time. I am using the agent on my own website, and I use user_id (sender_id) to keep track of each user conversation, but what I don’t really know is whether the agent handles the messages in parallel (something like threads) or not. I would also appreciate any insights on handling multiple users efficiently using rasa agent.

I would like to know if you use the agent’s input and output channels (slack, facebook messenger) or you have deployed it on your own website?
